Marine Corporal Phillip D. McGeath, 25, Glendale, AZ, was assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, NC. CPL McGeath died in Helmand province, Afghanistan, while conducting combat operations.
